FireLogic has been an ongoing provider of volunteer based services for the library for over two years now. Our company started off by providing exclusive complimentary training to patrons on the Google Apps suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, and Google sites, but we have since expanded into numerous topics. Our most recent classes have highlighted Windows 8, Computer Security & Safety, as well as iPad usage in the K-5 classroom.
FireLogic is the proud host of the library’s monthly Open Tech Help Desk offering, which is held on the second Saturday of each month in the third floor computer lab. We provide volunteer tech support for local area residents for 3 hours at a time, answering questions on smartphones to laptop problems.
