Founder and President
Derrick founded FireLogic in 2010 with one goal in mind: to provide Park Ridge and the surrounding Chicago suburbs with superb technology support at an affordable price. Since then, FireLogic has been growing rapidly and currently supports a diverse mix of residential, commercial, nonprofit, and educational clients.

Mike joined Firelogic as the IT Sales Account Manager in Fall of 2018. In addition to a passion for all things technology, he brings to the table 20 years of Telecom Project Management and sales experience. Mike’s attention to detail makes his approach to Technical Sales the kind of white glove, highly personalized brand FireLogic was founded on. Office Manager
Diane became a part of FireLogic in 2015. As the friendly face you see when you enter our door, she helps clients get paired up with the technicians that can fix essentially any IT issues. Diane keeps this company running like a well-oiled machine!
Jacob Balson

IT Operations Manager
Jacob has been a part of the FireLogic team since 2015. Jacob joined us as an onsite technician, supporting residential and business clients at their homes and offices. While that’s still part of his job, he devotes most of his time now to helping develop the FireLogic technician teams and onboarding new clients.
Richard Kazumura

IT Helpdesk Lead
Richard joined the FireLogic team in 2015 as a IT Helpdesk technician. In this role he is able to support our residential and business clients both remotely and on-site. Richard is our first line of defense when it comes to troubleshooting and computer repair.
Phillip Plough

IT Helpdesk
Phillip joined the Firelogic team late in 2016 as an IT Helpdesk technician. His role is to support all of our clients over the phone or computer drop off for repair. Phillip is one of the younger members of the team. He is always ready to assist customers over the phone with their computer problems.
Seth Evenson

Seth Evenson

IT Helpdesk
Seth joined FireLogic in mid-2018 as an IT Helpdesk technician. In this role, he brings his brand of great customer service to supporting clients remotely and in the office. Seth is often found helping to manage and organize our behind-the-scenes systems to help FireLogic run as smoothly as possible.

Some firms hide their talent behind smoke and mirrors, but not us. We’re proud of our talented team, which is based 100% locally out of Chicago suburb Des Plaines, IL. Whether we’re coming onsite to handle your issue in person, or tackling your needs via remote support, rest assured that our USA-based technical team is here to serve you with full dedication to transparency and ethics.

With 60 years of combined technical expertise on staff, our diverse team of professionals are well suited to dealing with clients that we support daily from a variety of mixed verticals. Our entire staff is upheld to a high standard of technical competence, with not only a strict onboarding level of expertise required up front, but continuing education and professional development which exceeds that of most competing firms of our size.
