Fairway Consulting found itself overspending on a hosted Exchange email system which was delivering little for the price they were paying. After a careful analysis of the use case and client requirements, FireLogic demonstrated the benefits of moving to hosted email with Google G Suite.
In addition to a seamless cutover, technicians were able to get the company’s existing data from Exchange migrated with full fidelity – with an ongoing platform cost for a fraction of what they were previously paying. Outlook was a big necessity for the new system, and we were able to set them up to continue using the email client as before using properly integrated Google supporting software.
Lacking any proper Disaster Recovery plan for critical data, FireLogic onboarded Fairway staff onto the same Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) platform used for the Managed IT Support client base. This gave Fairway Consulting an appropriate path for recovering key data in the face of unknown disaster, all while keeping security as a key priority due to the sensitive nature of the client data that was being stored.
