When Maven Wave found that it didn’t have the internal capacity to handle Google G Suite training for a Fortune 1000 client, they were in search of a partner that could step in with the needed expertise and background. FireLogic was called upon to try and fill this gap. After discussing end-customer needs, Maven Wave agreed to bring FireLogic trainers on board to deliver staged remote training for corporate staff at the customer location.
After agreeing on a training action plan, FireLogic supplied a Google G Suite Certified Trainer that hosted the necessary planned webinars, providing a clean post-migration user experience for this Fortune 1000 customer. All major aspects of G Suite were covered in detail including hands-on training across Email, Calendaring, Contacts and other critical pieces to the end customer use case.
The migration to G Suite was considered a large success for the end client, and FireLogic still provides outsourced training for Maven Wave clients on an as-needed, special project basis.
