Derrick founded FireLogic in 2010 with one goal in mind: to provide Park Ridge and the surrounding Chicago suburbs with superb technology support at an affordable price. Since then, FireLogic has been growing rapidly and currently supports a diverse mix of residential, commercial, nonprofit, and educational clients in Chicagoland and beyond.

Jacob has been a part of the FireLogic team since 2015. Jacob started his FireLogic career as an onsite technician, supporting residential and business clients at their homes and offices. While that’s still part of his job, he devotes most of his time now to helping grow the business and running the show behind the scenes as the VP of Operations.

Mike joined Firelogic as the IT Sales Account Manager in Fall of 2018. In addition to a passion for all things technology, he brings to the table 20 years of Telecom Project Management and sales experience. Mike’s attention to detail makes his approach to Technical Sales the kind of white glove, highly personalized brand FireLogic was founded on. Don’t hesitate to call him with anything you or your organization needs!

Diane became a part of FireLogic in 2015. More than the friendly face you see when you enter our front door, she runs the billing and dispatch departments, keeping this ship on course. She’s the voice on the other end of most of your calls and she’s happy to connect you with the right team members to get all of your needs addressed!

Richard joined the FireLogic team in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk technician, remotely fixing technology woes left and right.  His skillset and commitment to excellence let him move up to one of our chief engineers, working on servers, networks, and other high-level tasks.  If there’s a project you need done, Richard is the one to take it from start to finish!

Seth became part of FireLogic in 2018 on the Helpdesk team. Since the beginning, he has brought his brand of great customer service to supporting clients remotely. Seth is often found helping to manage and organize our behind-the-scenes systems to help FireLogic run as smoothly as possible.

Maki joined FireLogic in 2021 as an IT Helpdesk technician. He is more than happy to provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site. Maki gives his full attention to every client to ensure that they are satisfied with their FireLogic experience.

Gaurang began working with Firelogic as an IT Helpdesk Technician in 2021. He provides clients both onsite and remote technical support, taking them step by step towards the solution. Gaurang applies his experience to make sure clients are happy with every encounter.

Rich joined FireLogic’s ranks in 2021 as part of the IT Helpdesk team. Focused on helping clients remotely for proper solutions to end-user issues, he understands that time, healthy communications, and effective results are essential for our clients.

Dany comes to FireLogic from the south side of Chicago and brings us 15 years of hardware repair experience as well as upgrading and replacing workstations in small businesses. His meticulous attention to detail ensures seamless yet careful repairs to all computers and laptops. Dany’s friendly demeanor will put you at ease as he helps to optimize your digital experience.
