FireLogic is a Full Circle Technology Support firm based strategically out of Des Plaines, IL. Since 2010, Our company has had a nonstop focus on transparency, honesty, and a dedication to providing the best solutions available. We believe that quality IT support is about going above and beyond to ensure technology is improving lives through better efficiency, reduced overhead, and seamless interoperability.

FireLogic is a privately held company that originally got its start in Park Ridge, IL. Our firm employs an entire team of experienced professionals from a variety of technical backgrounds. FireLogic is fully insured and bonded for providing Managed IT Support, consulting & related services to a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, nonprofit, and educational clientele.

Our company is led by industry-recognized IT thought leader Derrick Wlodarz, who brings along 12+ years of public and private sector IT experience. Derrick is widely published in the IT industry, with countless technical articles, blogs, and op/eds to his name. His expertise is frequently quoted in whitepapers, and he has been asked to co-host radio shows as well as present as Guest Lecturer for prestigious American Universities. Derrick is a fully court-approved Technical Expert Witness in the areas of Windows operating systems and related data forensics.

At FireLogic, we also believe in giving back heavily to the local community through a variety of volunteering efforts. We are a longtime partner with numerous local libraries in offering free IT training and support. In addition, we have a strong commitment to the environment, and properly recycle 100% of all electronic waste we touch per strict Illinois EPA standards.
